Statutory right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided the product is eligible. Precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium) are exempt under Dutch law because their price depends on fluctuations in the financial market.
